1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Delivery delays due to courier, weather, or customs clearance

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, clear photos/videos of the product, and a brief reason for return

Once approved, we will either arrange a pickup or send you return instructions
⚠️ Note: Unapproved or unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit (no cash refunds)
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Perfumes or cosmetics that have been opened or used

Electronics or gadgets with broken seals or damaged packaging

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it hasn't been processed or shipped

Once your order is processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled
6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect, damaged, or defective item), Radiant Nail will cover return shipping costs
