At Radiant Nail, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver premium-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Delivery delays due to courier, weather, or customs clearance

  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or phone at 📞 +92 370 0204360 within 24 hours of receiving your item

  • Provide your order number, clear photos/videos of the product, and a brief reason for return

  • Once approved, we will either arrange a pickup or send you return instructions

⚠️ Note: Unapproved or unsolicited returns will not be accepted.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit (no cash refunds)


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare tools, hygiene-related products)

  • Perfumes or cosmetics that have been opened or used

  • Electronics or gadgets with broken seals or damaged packaging

  • Custom orders or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items


5. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it hasn't been processed or shipped

  • Once your order is processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect, damaged, or defective item), Radiant Nail will cover return shipping costs

  • If the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges
