1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping to the following regions:

  • 📍 All Emirates within the UAE

  • 📍 All major cities in Saudi Arabia (KSA)

  • 🌍 Selected GCC countries: Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar

Note: We do not offer international shipping outside the GCC region at this time.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

  • UAE Orders:
    🚚 2–5 working days

  • KSA & Other GCC Orders:
    🌍 5–10 working days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on product availability, customs clearance, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Within UAE:
    Free shipping on all orders

  • KSA & GCC Countries:
    ✈️ Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight


4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message, SMS, or phone call with your order or tracking details (if available).


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • 💵 COD is available only within the UAE

  • Please double-check that your contact number and address are accurate to avoid delivery delays or failed attempts.


6. Delays or Delivery Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather or natural conditions

  • Customs processing (for GCC orders)

  • Incorrect or incomplete address/phone number

7. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
